I've got an email on my imesh accnt. Last May 20th that says ive won into an international lottery draw held last 28th April in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES wc i dont know if its true or just like a scam. And later this morning im about to send money on Western Union that cost a $179.00USD for the delivering of what they called "parcel". Im still wondering how ive won tho thats why i really need your help to find out if its true or what? Or theyre just trying to get money or etc.? So how am i able to know if its true or a scam? Hoping for your quick response.
