Preying on the elderly?

This company is calling the elderly and using their older age and confusion to get them to pay $ 447.34 for what they claim is Medicare benefits. They contacted my 86 year old mom and I am not sure what urgency they used but convinced her to give them her checking account information. I am not able to find any information on this company except for the other complaint that was on file.
