I purchased a game for my grandchildren online from big fish.com. That same day the charge came in. I have had this happen to me 2 times in the past 6 months and have had to cancel my card and get a new one. I'm getting really sick of this. I have reported this to my bank before but don't know what happened. They said they would investigate. Wish you could catch these sob's that prey on innocent people. Thank you
