Ordered the trial - never received the goods - now they have debited my account with $154. When I eventually got hold of them they advised I need to check with customs. At no stage was I advised Ineed to clear the goods thru customs myself? The are coining it ripping people off. I see they are now advertising under the Pure Slim banner - everything looks exactly the same on the Pure Slim website just the product's name has changed
