I called to cancel but was told their system was down, they would mark my account, and to call back. I called back and after insisting I wanted it canceled was told I would receive the info to send the beginners kit back in the mail. I checked my e-mail and noticed they were sending me filters (which I have yet to receive) now I am told I called out of the 30 day trial period and would not receive a refund, and I would have to track the package to see what happened to the filters. So now I and out $180.00 for something that was supposed to be a free trial
