From the flyer issued by the supplement people in Manteno, IL, I ordered the Marine D3 product, 7 bottles, on 5-2-12, which was posted to my CC on 5-4-12.

Having received no product or notice of delay, I called several times, with responses saying the my order was on back order, and 3 deadline promises for shipment broken during the ensuing month.
The phone agent was rather surly, kept saying "that's not my job!" On my call of 5-31, early in the AM, Dan who was polite, and sounded helpful, now agreed to refund my purchase, but at 1st saying the S&H, of some $14, would not be refunded [even though admitting no product had been shipped], but later admitted I would be refunded the CC full charge of 213.43.
It has now been 10 days since that refund agreement, in which they said it would take only 5-7 days for the refund to reach my CC.
I will now be filing a written protest of payment to my CC bank, who will then challenge Nugenics, and based upon past history, will grant me a refund, as Nugenics has admitted already no product has been shipped and no refund received as promised.
This company attitude and performance is atrocious and should be totally avoided!
