Substandard building from of NC

My husband and I bought the model home in the parklake subdivion
15yr. Ago. We stared to notice a crack where the celling and wall meet.

I called Ryan Home and two gentelman were dispacthed to my home. Both men said the it was just settlment crack which I new would be expected. But this crack was different and in the past 3 month the mystery has unfolded.

The crack which is by the fireplace which drop do to substandard drainage which was replaced under the house before we moved in.

The house has also slip to the right... We now can roll a ball down our hall to the front door and from the stove to the living room.

According to our carpenters that substandard main beam where used in the contruction of my home which cracked and buckled.

In order for use to make our foundation level we will have to jack up the house and build concert block piller to hold my house up and the fireplace will have to be jack-up has well with a new foundation builded (so lets pray that it does not completly fall down.

We have spent much time and money in our home alway maintaining. Know when we retire I don't think we will be able to sell this home?
