Requested and taken care of gold and silver worth $8,800. After weeks of calls with Robt Drake it's now 6/8 without quality. Mr Drake isn't longer with organization, today contacting Barry Davis and Marc Lubaszka (President). Neither have delivered some of my calls. Processing grievances wont get me any more. Our advice, don't cope with the corporation. A lot of issues. Want I'd read them before I requested and settled them cash. Scared I'll need to employ authorized representative
