I joined a gym and they got me to electronicly sign I had no ideal I was signing
a contract I was told it was just something to protect the gym in the event I got hurt and the gym would not be held accountable. 62 days later I learned
I had signed a contract for 1 year of training sessions. I explained to the person I thought he understand I only want 4 sessions and no more.
I never received a copy of what I had signed for, but 62 days later when confronted by the General Manager that I owed $1320.00 for a year of personal training, I explained to him then again that's why I paid up front for everything so there would be nothing taken out of my checking account
