In October started a process to lower the interest rate on my home loan. Was contacted by Home Solutions on October 3 and they said they thought I qualified for a refinance for my home. Was connected to a representative named Eric Phillips and he explained the options I had.
Option 1 – Would reduce my house payment to $1009.38 and have a fixed rate of 3.9 %. Cost to me $1095.00.
Option 2 – Stay in house modification. Would reduce my house payment to $638.36 and have a fixed rate of 2.7 %. Cost to me $1795.00. I Choose Option 2 and on October 6, I sent a check for $1795.00 overnight USP. Eric said he would reimburse me for the cost for the overnight mail.
