1. Purchased one lamp 3 month ago and defective in 1 month.
2. After call the customer service they agree to replace it. And i spend the shipping fee to sent the defective one back to them.
3. After they recieved it, they said it is out of stock and ask me to wait for 10 day.
4.2 weeks later they say they are working on it. And there is no ETA for the replacement.
5. After another 1 week when i called them, they said they still do not have the time and they refuse to refund me as well.

Conclusion: they can do whatever they want, they can never send me the product in future and refuse to refund as well and i can do nothing about it.
