Company called my elderly mother 2 weeks ago and asked for her bank acct number and they would send her some kind of medical services. When she came to her senses after giving them the bank number she called and we immediately had her bank acct changed.
The electronic check was filed today at the cancelled bank acct with her name, address, electronic signature and the above pay to the order. Hopefully they will trace it and prosecute these scumbags.
