I opened a text message on my vodafone mobile and on checking my balance after the message i found out it deducted £5.00 from my origanal balance, all i did was open my message like you do when you receive a normal message and found that this company has took £5.00 away from myself if i don't get my money refunded i will take legal action against the company this is still theft in my eyes.
I don't think anyone should ever do this to anyone wiithout them knowing
