Phone system broke down & no customer service - bizfon 680

Never experienced anything like this... I truly believe this is a phantom operation. Company phone system ceased working, so, no working phones at all friday at our business. Able to reach a sales rep directly, from an order 7 months ago (for a defective control unit). If i didn't have her number, i don't think i would have ever made contact. Ordered & had to overnight another refurbished control unit (new ones "out of stock" which i've discovered is a lie, because they are actually discontinued) came in sat. To connect, but am having some issues (one of them being incoming calls go right to phone mail). I've tried to call at least 20 times and left at least 10 messages since 8:30am to 4 different exts. I'm so beside myself over this, i don't know what to exept to let others know not to purchase bizfon equipment ever!!! You'll regret it
