I think the only way you can improve is to not be in business. I purchased a groupon thinking that you get what you pay for... Right?! Pretty resonable expectation! However, i am still waiting for my completed resume and its been 3 weeks, even after leaving messages as well as emailing numerous time. Resumes are promised in 7-10 business day...
I do not, repeat, do not, recommend using this groupon at all! As far as i am concerned, this company has no integrity!
