I recently ordered a few items from Fresh Water Systems. They shipped the items to me quickly. Unfortunately one of the items - a 1 Gallon Glass Jar with Pour Lid and Handle broke into several pieces during shipment. The packaging Fresh Water Systems used was no where near sufficient to prevent this. They just simply wrapped the glass jar in some bubble wrap. I emailed Fresh Water Systems and called them about this issue (left a message because I couldn't get anyone on the phone) and they never responded back. I am very disappointed in their poor costumer service
