Moving from State to State - PODS

This company is quite possibly the worst establishment I have ever had any contact with! The estimator grossly GROSSLY undersized us for the size of POD we needed, then blamed us somehow even though they are supposed to be the experts! When we tried to order another POD, they did not have one available for our expected move-in date! They then set one up without our confirmation for a date after we had to be out of our home and STILL charged us an enormous fee for it! The customer service dept was incompetent and INCREDIBLY slow (spent over 2 hours on the phone, finally talked to a supervisor who was nice but not very intelligent). Would not wish this experience on anyone.
