Nova Buyers Reward
Didn't give them permission to take anything out of my banking account

Back in March my husband and I purchased a vacation package over the phone. This was to another company how Nova buyers reward got a hold to it is beyond me. I recieved a letter in the mail saying I had to cancel my membership or my account would be billed by a certain date.

Well the problem with that is that my husband, kids and I were on vacation when we recieved the letter. I called and got the cancellation number and they told me my account would be credited.

Well this was almost 10 months ago. I have records where I have called them at least once a month and each time they tell me I will get credited.

I have come to the conclusion that they have no intentions of making this right. I have spoke with the manager and even tried to get a Corp. Number but the main office has no phone I wonder why?

This most certainly is against the law and I will pursue this until I recieve my money they had no right to touch.

It is so interesting I have read several complaints about this company concerning the same problem why are they allowed to be in buisness? Sincerely Cheryl Stevenson
