Burger King. - XL Bacon Double Cheese Burge

My parnter and I, went for lunch in the food court he had ordered an XL Bacon Double Cheese burger meal, with side Nuggets and Pancakes.
He started eating the foo, got to the XL and befor he had taken a bite he looked and relised his meet was burnt. So he had taken it back and spoken to a shift runner Gladys.
He then watched as she passed it to the guys in the kitchen, who then looked at it put it back in the mirowave then put new wrap around it and passed it back.
Darren (my Parnter) took it back to her and explaned he would like fresh meet as it looks burnt.
The reply he got from Gladys was, "I dont have time for this what do you want? Your money back or what!?"
i am truly upset with this company if the staff dont know how to handle customers!
I would really be glad to hear that something has been done about this.
