I recieved an email and phone call from Camron Langford who stated that he was an Assett Manager from BankerREO. Stated he have an order for a forclosre property, gave me the address and order information. Then asked for a one time set up fee to work with this company for $349.00. It sound like a good deal with our company getting the listing. I drove by the house, it was vacant with the forclosure sign in the window. I took a look around the house, it really looked like a good deal for the investment. Also though I would bump it up a little and try and get access to see the interor since it was already vacant for the $125 interior inspection. I could not reach anyone for access, so I just did the drive by. Submitted the work on what he (Camron Langford) called a generic form. After a week I called back to do a follow up on the listing since the house was vacant and trash out completed. I could not reach Camron Langford. There was no customer service just a voice mail recording to leave a message. Do yourself a favor keep your money. I'm doing everything to get mine back, and if I don't shame on me. I should have known better.
