Overcharge tax on used vehicle

I went to the DMV around 1.30 it took me 3 hours to get to the counter when I got there this lady had a bad attude as soon as I got to the counter
She grab my paper work and said this is not wright and said that this signature dont match the records when I show her that they look alike than she said u have more then two issue and she point on the bill of sale paper I had pay 4000 dollars for the car and she said if u want this car register u have to pay taxes on 9000 dollars which was 760.03 I told her but I payed 4000 dollars for the car so she said u want to take yes o no with an attude I already had espend 3.00 hour in there so I gave her the 760.03 on taxes but I don't think thats fair because I paid 4000 not 9000 only because she wasn't in a good mood
