Nasty attitude

I was charged prices that were higher than the stated prices. I was also charged regular price for sale items and when I proceed to return the items through customer service, I encountered a nasty, disgusting employee by the name of Sheronda. She made very sly comments to her co-worker, I told her that her attitude was not neccesary but she stated that if I wanted attitude she would be happy to give it to me.
