Derrick Smith said I had a slam dunk modification loan with them, which would lower my payment from 1740 to 1250, of course I was interested.

Derrick never let me talk to their so-called attorneys, like it was a big secret. But needed my 1500 dollars asap to get started, I borrowed from my grandkids to get this money. If I had money, I wouldnt need a modification. Now that they took my money and ran, Im really broke, all I want is my money back. Otherwise I will take this to a small claims court. Dont deal with this company, the karma will bite them all in their big fat asses and their children too. You dont treat other humans like this.
