In January I ordered 4 bottles of this companys product of W8-b-gone, with the total money refunded minus shipping to be gaurenteed money back if the product did not work. It did not work and I returned the product. They did receive it because when I returned it, they had to sign for it from the usps. I have called numerous times and spoke to shirley who takes messages or transfers you and to no avail have i gotten any money back. I am supposed to get $54.95 back. I need my money. The product is a scam. What can we do as I see it has happened to others who tried it. They should be shut down. I will try the Las Vegas BBB and the police.
