I used there phone in the Wal-Mart lobby area. The call was all of 45 seconds to a minute. I was charged $28.63 on my debit card. I even tried to cancel it out but was unable to. I'm sure there is something that can be done. I am a single parent and cannot afford to loose this type of money and especially on a payphone call. This should be against the law.
