I spoke with JP Beckerman and he assured me that I was investing in silver at a low rate and now was a great time to invest. He insisted the acct would be Segregated Client Funds. JP Beckerman would called me almost twice a week to talk about investments in silver and how great the market is at this time. On 2/24 I wired 10,000 to TD Bank, NA. I trusted and believed JP Beckerman was a fair and honest person. JP Beckerman manipulated, deceived and scamed 10,000 of my retirement money. I would called to inquire about my investment and he would give me a reason why the market is not doing so well. After several months, I noticed the money began to disappear and I wasn't making a profit. JP Becker promised me that he would reinstated the money in my acct with a year. I continued to call and no one would answer the phone.
