For weeks I have tried to cancel auto shipment of this product. I've called several of the phone numbers such as 1-888-534-3596. When I reach them they tell me they can't locate my account. I then emailed the support@dermapurebeauty.com several times to cancel. I received no reply. Today they charged my credit card for a new shipment!!! Can anyone tell me how to cancel this? Thank you this website has been helpful!
