My son ordered a pair of tennis shoes from them 2 months ago using a gift card I had from AT and T. He never received the shoes I emailed CHI several times got no response. The number that was listed was not right now I'm out $85 and he has no shoes. Talked to the gift card company and there's nothing they can do. It should be against the law to take someones money and not send product or refund this money. At this point I just want the money back this company does not sound like it a company I would ever want any dealings with.
