I joined Dealfun with the basic package perchase charged to my charge card of $100.00. I won a couple simple auctions. And had about 3/4 of my bid's un-used and not refunded. The last Item I won did not work at all and I contacted there service desk. I got one responce back from them which is copied below with my first request for adjustment. I received a complant file number in Febuary and nothing sence that time. I am under the impression this is not a trust worthy company to say the least.

I won what I think was Item #DF13230083313580 back in December.
I just received the Item which was a remote control Helicopter
It does not work at all, after receiving it and putting batteries in it.
The power light, lights up but it does not power up the Helicopter at all.
What is the procedure for refund or replacement of defective Items?
