I received a phone call from someone who identfied himself as roger williams from seatle wa, but indeed he was in india. He said that microsoft engaged them to make people aware of the virus that were in their computer. He then told me i could subsribe to an internet program with several options 1 month 1 year or 2 year.
We kept getting disconnected and finally he gave me a phone # to call him back 206-925-3801. I finally gave in and ordered a one month subscription for $39. He then put me in touch with a man named nick roserio who verified my information, who then said the money would not clear his" gateway" and that it would have to be sent western union he had remote control of my computer which i gave him access to (mistake) and had $39.00 plus $10.00 western union fee. I checked my bank account and both payment were taken out of my checking. I immediately called my bank and canceled all my accounts will let the authorities know. I also called wstern union and put them on notice about this company
