Contacted the number on the invoice to cancel and return orders and they were unable to locate my account. All the info that I gave them from the order number to my customer ID brought up different peoples names just not mine. They could not cancel my subscription and wanted me to fax in info so that they could find my account. This is ridiculous and poor business.
