Placed a single order for cosmetics, which I didn't like. Called company; instructed them to close my account and delete my credit card information.

Subsequently was sent another order, which was refused at the post office, and returned to sender. Charges of over $70.00 were posted to my account. Several months later received a second unauthorized package, which was remailed to sender priority mail with tracking. Another unauthorized charge of $74.48 was charged to my account. Filed dispute with credit card company, and credit is pending. Since I didn't catch the earlier charge, have yet to get my money refunded, even though the package was returned unopened.

Guthy-Renker LLC aggressively markets dozens of products under many different names, including "Shining Star Media."

MAJOR COMPLAINT: repeatedly sends unordered product, charges purchaser, and makes it difficult, if not impossible, to remove unauthorized charges and stop the flow of unordered merchandise.
