Reason #1 Why it is a scam: Why would a national lottery be available in three countries?
Reason #2: At the bottom of the letter The partner companies are misspelled to deliberately avoid legal problems. For example, Wal-Mart, the store we all know, dose have a hyphen and the M is very clearly capitalized.in the letter, the partner company is Wal-mart. A detail we would pass over every day.
Reason #3: While the bank used is real, their location; a fake.
