I found an unauthorized transaction on my debit card with Direct Express... They advised me to suspend the account and go to my other Bank B of A in Hemet and call them from there and they would release my funds and then they will close that account and issue me a new card... I learned not to use a Debit card for ANY online transactions anymore.
