I received an "EXPRESS NOTICE" in the mail telling me I had won $2,536, 092.23 and all I had to do was send them $29 dollars in CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER, in two days (06/02/012) and my cash would be delivered "by bonded federal carrier"! I didn't send a dime, but how is it that these agencies operate with impunity? Where the hell is the postal inspectors and the FBI? Answer: Trying to entrap a small marijuana dealer!
