Ordered a "Free Trial" of skin care product for $2.95 in shipping charges on April 8 and then noticed that I was charged $98.16 on 4/20 and $98.16 on 5/20 for full "monthly kits" that I did not order. I called to dispute charge and was provided with an RMA for the May charge so I can return the product should it ever arrive. The April charge they claimed they send a full monthly set not a trial and I did not call to complain within the 30 days. Why would I when I thought I had received a free trail as advertised. When I called customer service for the second time this afternoon to disput the April charge the agent hung up on me. When I called back my number was blocked by their system and would not connect with their call center. Total scam!
