A man named Paul Guzman (if that's his real name) called me and asked if I would sell my Westgate timeshare. I told him I would but would not pay up front money. He called me back the next said he had a Buyer (Alex and Jennifer Prado) and they had agreed to pay me $22,000 all I had to do is pay closing cost of $2276. I refused, I told him I could not affored to lost this money and didn't trust this. He then gave their web site (www.afs-funding) it seemed to check out they had a A rating on the BBB. I sent a Bank check to: AFS/Solutions/Processing 2423 S Orange Ave. Suite 138 Orlando FL 32806 The cost date was May 22nd. Now Paul's phone number (302 416 1539) is no longer in service, the 1 888 711 4532 number (no one answers), the web site is gone. This man and his team of liars needs to be stopped because I believe they do this again. They are others out there who was fallen for the same scam I have read their stories on other web sites like this one. I am sick that I let these liars get my money. I have two handicap children to take care of and that money would have gone a long in doing that. Shame on me, shame on these people.
