After searching for a good deal for a lap top, we decided to purchase one from prefersale.com. WHAT A MISTAKE! Totally got ripped off. Received nothing... And they won't respond to emails or phone calls. The phone # goes no where. The only way they respond is if you ask to purchase more stuff... Than they reply within minutes.

Do not buy anything from this company!!!
