I have tried to call the 800 number listed (800-469-5065) to get an answer, but they keep hanging up on me for total of 5 times when I start to question what was the charge and what was ordered. They are totally rude and say I ordered it and the charge for it... Problem is I don't know what this "IT" is that i supposedly ordered. Trying to work with the bank as well to get my money back. This is obviously a total SCAM and RIPOff from some California company.
