Did not apply for a loan for this company. Balancing by checking account and noticed that there was a 29.95 charge from money toolbox. This also cause an insufficient/overlimit funds fee of 34.00 also. I called money toolbox at 18884853158 (number that posted to my checking account charge) and it took at least 15 minutes before i received an answer on the phone. When someone finally answered she said that i applied for a loan there (which i didn't) and said that they are unable to credit my checking account for the 29.95 but will send a prepaid card with the 29.95 credit on it and i should receive it within 5-7 days (which i haven't received yet). I also requested the insufficient funds fee for 34.00 and she said she was unable to put that on the card. I will take this further since i still haven't received this card. Everyone beware of this company!!!
