I attempted on several occassions to contact platinum to no avail as i had the purchaser of my home wanting to pick up my contract. I was told that they were in reorganization (bankruptcy) and didn't have anyone answering the phone. So i cut off my automatic monthly payement that got somebodys attention and now they are hounding me everyday. Also i tried 2 days after signing their contract to cancel their service again nobody would answer their phone or my messeges, now they are telling me it cost me 1600.00 to get out of the contract. The hole thing was a scam from the beginning. Now i am just looking for some advice as to how to get rid of them.
