This company called and said they could save us $1200 in interest by negotiating with our credit card company for a lower rate. After 2 months of waiting, I had to call them. I was then assigned a rep. He called, a month later I called back to get an update, only to find Tom didn't work there any more. A week later Matt called. This is February now. Open our visa statement to see I had been charged another $599.00. Called AAoF, multiple times to get it refunded, left messages. Finally had to dispute the charge with my card company who promptly refunded the money. I have not heard from AAoF since the first of February. I tried calling today, number disconected! I am disputing everything with my credit card company, have sent them all my documentation. Moral, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.
