Fond Scent (fondscent.com/) - False Advertising

I bought a Bottle of what was suppose to be a designer purfume for the $4.99 shipping and handling. The perfume STUNK and it was not designer. There were NO terms and condtons about cancelation. This company just charged my bank Acct. For an additional $95.00. After talking with a customer service rep who cancelled me from the"club" then his manager all he could do for me is refund $75. I would have to send an email to the billing group for the remaining $25 (if they will refund it because of their strict no return no refund after the 14 day free trial)! They do not have a phone number they can only be contacted via email! Buyer beware!!!
