DOM dugout organizer dugoutmanager dugout manager - We placed an order about 3 weeks ago. We still have not gotten our product, we've called a few times. The women that answers the phone is very rude, and will not follow up on our order. We asked for a refund, and her reply was "no refund will be issued" just keep waiting for your order. I don't think it's going to show up. Has anyone else had this problem. Not the way to run a business, I will never call back just chalk it up as loss.
