Ordered WKRP in Cincinnati DVD Complete TV Series. Of the 18 disks, six of the discs either froze completely or portions of the disc were unreadable. Contacted pninf, who we purchased them from, on April 15th and they assured us that the defective disks would be sent immediately. That was over a month ago. Still have not received replacements.
