I got a pending transaction against my bank account yesterday that I did not approve, and I called my bank but they could not locate the phone number to contact the company. I have had to create a dispute to have this charge investigated.

There was an unknow charge of 49.95. Contact number given to me by the bank was not a good number to reach anyone. I don't know how this charge came to be and am unable to locate any explaination
