The product was supposed to smooth your hair and make it healthier.instead it burned all of it and I have been going for weekly treatments to bring it back to normal since. I also had to have over 3 inches cut off. The hairdresser said it will take at least six to 8 months to come back to normal. I had to wear a hat for several weeks it was so bad.

I have been on the web checking the product out and have found pages of complaints from other people who have used it. There are new complaints posted every day.

When I called the company they said they have not recieved any complaints and sent me some coupons. My mother used it the same day and her hair was ruined also. She was also sent coupons and a check for $7.50 which she never cashed. She kept it just in case we decide to go after the company, She is 70 and does not work so she just had hers cut very short and went back until most of it was removed. Many people also complained of losing their hair from the same product. Some actually lost all of their hair. My mother is compiling a list of some of them.
