Contacted Optus tonight to find out WHY im paying extra than what my plan is. The Scammers have been charging me $40 p/m yes thats right $40.00 p/m for a service that i have never used... This means that in total i have paid out $410 from the 3.9.11 to 27.5.12. For these scammers. They theN reluctantly told me that i have to write an email to the billing payment inquiry. I f i do not receive and email within 48hrs then i will lodging a complaint to the ombudsman. I want my money back!!! Pls spread the word to all ur friends to be very carefull of numbers starting with 19???
