Poor Customer Service, Software does not operate

I purchased for $199. And agreement and software to create slideshows. I have had difficulties using the software and have not been able to use it or operate it. The customer service is almost nonexistent.

There is no telephone support, there is a live chat with does not recognize me as a customer and will not provide support and there is almost no support via email.
