I requested a credit score in early february for a fee of $17.95. I just discovered they have been charging me $17.95 each month since. I called to inquire and was told it was a membership which was not disclosed initially and that credits for the months of march, april and may... They refused. I cancelled this membership however i want a refund for a service never requested and never used.
